GoogleI highly recommend Damien Hanson and Jordan Henry! As a first-time homebuyer, I just got my keys yesterday. The whole process was incredibly fast and smooth. Out of nowhere, I just received an email saying settlement was completed, and I barely had to worry about a thing. Whenever I emailed them with questions, they always replied super fast. They also quickly arranged both of my viewing requests exactly at the times I asked for. Damien and Jordan were extremely professional and warm. My heartfelt thanks to both of them!

I had an issue where a new building was being constructed whereby the top floor had long of sight into my bathroom, there was no blinds or anything at the time so that I could prevent people seeing in, the same week I raised the issue kallars organised for the window to be frosted over and installed. Aleshia made sure it was hassle free and I didn’t have to do a thing, she 100% deserves a pay rise for how hard she works.

GoogleAs a first-time buyer, the whole process felt pretty overwhelming at the start, but Hayden made it so much easier from day one. He was incredibly patient, always happy to answer questions (no matter how small), and took the time to explain each step clearly so I always knew what was going on. Hayden was professional, approachable, and genuinely seemed to care about helping me find the right home rather than just rushing a sale. Communication was excellent throughout, I was kept updated regularly and never felt out of the loop. Thanks to his support and guidance, what could have been a stressful experience turned into an exciting and smooth journey. I couldn’t recommend Hayden enough, especially for anyone buying their first home.

GoogleConsidering my previous experience trying to rent in the UK for the first time, I started worrying that Kallars were a scam because of how genuinely nice, helpful, thoughtful, and quick serving they are. It’s very rare to meet agents who execute super efficiently. Even acquaintances have commended the speed, my partner and I are able to rent in less than 2 weeks since moving to the UK. Huge shoutout to Laura who has been most helpful, she’s one phone call away, super nice, and she solves hiccups in minutes, a true superstar! Shoutout to Ricky who was also super nice and super helpful. The entire company is filled with rockstars! They deserve all the stars.
