GoogleWe bought and sold through Kallars. They were so helpful. I was 9 months pregnant when my flat was photographed and they were sensitive and thoughtful about causing as little disruption as possible. Once my baby was born, they did the viewings in blocks at convenient times to reduce the stress for me. The flat sold in a week. Thank you so much - especially to Chris!

GoogleCannot recommend Kallars highly enough. A huge thank you in particular to Chris, Jordan Damien and Oleksandr whose continuous and unrelenting support carried us through the entire process of selling our house. The market has been tough and we went through plenty of ups and downs, but Chris and the team kept the momentum going and consistently brought viewings through the door. The biggest thing I want to say is this: Kallars is by far the number one estate agent in the area. We actually tried switching to another agent at one point, and it became 100% clear that Kallars genuinely knows the local market and has the buyer contacts that nobody else does. If you’re thinking of selling your house in this area, go with Kallars and trust them to do the job. Wholeheartedly recommend.

GoogleBought my first house through Kallars. Olek and and Chris are great guys, very helpful through the entire process. The sale was a little complicated and a tight turnaround, but they were always on the other end of a phone or available to give access.

GoogleEvery time I see a commercial property and email them for details they reply by asking more questions about what I intend to do but they never get back to me and when I email them again they say someone will get in touch and someone will get in touch but no one does but they just kept all my details. Nothing professional about this
Despite considerable efforts, we are unable to locate any correspondence with 'Platform 8 Ltd' which appears to be a dissolved business. As we cannot determine that this is a genuine review from a legitimate company, we cannot comment further.
