GoogleI had a really good experience working with Karl and Team, from Kallars. They were clear and realistic about what I should market the land for and what I could expect, while also taking my own priorities into account. Communication was great, I was kept up to date regularly (at least every week or so) on interest levels and serious buyers, which made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free. Overall, I felt looked after from start to finish and would definitely work with them again.

GoogleI met Chris initially to get a valuation of my property. At the time I was not sure I would choose to sell the property but had such confidence in his market knowledge and straight-talking approach that I was happy to give him the keys to test the market. 10 weeks later we have completed on the sale (leasehold) and Chris was instrumental in getting the right processes in place in order for the sale to proceed as smoothly as possible. In addition a great guy to work with - always positive and communicative. Hope to work together again on upcoming assignments.

I meant to write this review ages ago. Dealing with very poor agents involved in my purchase of a property has reminded me to write this. 5 star service from the beginning from Paul who priced my place and said he would have it sold which they did swiftly resulting in multiple offers above asking price. The photographer who made my house look superb. Seb who pushed the sale through and was attentive and responsive all the way. Can thoroughly recommend the Sidcup branch

GoogleChris Whitfield acted for me on the sale of my flat in Deptford Foundry. The flat had already had a failed sale through another agent and he took it on and had a fresh approach and secured plenty of activity culminating in a FTB offering and exchanging on the property. The sales process was slower than hoped for but the team at Kallars were on top of the transaction. Would thoroughly recommend the team for any property you’re looking to sell in the area.
