Obviously, we take a review such as yours extremely seriously. However, I have no way of being able to respond to your comments, as there is no record of you ever having been a client of ours. In addition to this, no staff can recollect you at all. Therefore, I must consider this to be a scam or fake review. Google does not permit users to leave blanket reviews on organisations that they have had no personal dealings with. This is clearly stated within their policy.

We are unable to ascertain whether this is a genuine review or if you have ever been a client of ours. Therefore we are unable to comment further, other than to direct you to Google's policy on leaving fake reviews, which clearly states that you must have had actual experience of an organisation in order to be able to leave a review upon its website. Good morning, Mr Bol and thank you for your review. As this property was a much sought after new-build and in great demand, you were informed that any deposit you laid down would be non-refundable. This is also explained clearly on the reservation form which you have signed. You viewed the property by video only, decided to proceed and paid the deposit the following day. You then subsequently withdrew your interest, thereby forfeiting your deposit. I am sorry that you feel this was a “disappointing” outcome, but this was made very clear to you at the point of reserving the property. Craig Cassidy - Associate Director

Hi Chloe. Unfortunately, we feel you have left an erroneous review. As your tenancy was a property rented from a private landlord, and NOT managed by Kallars, the day-to-day running of your tenancy was therefore not something that Kallars were involved with. Consequently, we are unable to comment further.
