GoogleI switched to Jukes during the process of selling my flat because I wasn't happy with the service I was (not) receiving from the other local estate agent (I shall spare their shame by not naming them). As soon as I switched, my flat started to get much more viewings making the process far less stressful, dare I say enjoyable even! Alex showed great sales panaché (if there ever was such a thing!) and a pleasure to work with. I cannot thank Jukes highly enough for selling my flat and I highly recommend them.

GoogleI instructed Jukes to sell my stepfathers rather run-down property during the difficult times that followed the outbreak of Covid 19. Andrew provided a realistic appraisal and valuation, managing our expectations but at the same time indicating the likelihood of a positive outcome. After a few viewings we accepted an offer close to our asking price and a swift completion was on the cards. When the process stalled due to an issue further back in the chain, both Andrew and Simon were pro-active, helpful and communicative - which helped the sale progress at a faster speed than had looked likely. I have nothing but praise for Jukes in the professional and courteous way they have dealt with every aspect of the sale. They found an excellent tenant within three weeks of completion and helped undertake some works to get the property up to scratch. They are a family business who really know there patch! Thanks Maria and the rest of the team in making it such a smooth process. Would highly recommend to anyone considering a letting agent/manager.

GoogleWorked with Jukes for over two years, both as Letting Agents, and then acting on the sale of my Mum's property. They are a small family business, and I largely worked with Esther, whilst letting the property. Anytime anything needed doing, she found just the right person. When I needed tenants, she assured me she would find one.....and she did. When it was time to sell, and when things appeared to be stalling, Simon stayed on the case, and we completed a week ago. No hesitation recommending this firm!

I gave Jukes sole agent status at the end of September 2018 and by the 14th of December 2018 the sale of my property had exchanged and completed. It was a no nonsense, straight to the point, just what it says on the tin experience. Paula loved my property and told me straight away that she would get it sold and that what she and the team at Jukes did. The whole process from start to finish was so effortless for me, I was able to sit back confidently knowing Jukes had everything under control. I was kept updated and informed throughout the process of viewings, offers and finally a buyer. GoogleI just bought a flat via Jukes and couldn't fault their service. Paula knew what I was looking for and when the flat became available she called me right away. The buying process took longer than expected due to covid etc but both Simon and Andrew were always on the ball and trying to push things along. Would happily recommend Jukes, you see their signs everywhere too so that speaks for itself!
