Wonderful viewing experience

I recently viewed a property with Jukes Estate Agents and, although I didn’t end up making an offer (due to offering on another property) I felt compelled to leave a review because the experience was so positive. The customer service was absolutely lovely from start to finish. Kirsty, who conducted the viewing, was especially wonderful, warm, kind, and genuinely helpful. She made me feel completely at ease and took the time to answer questions without any pressure. It was honestly the loveliest viewing I’ve ever experienced. Thank you to the whole team at Jukes.

I have had a really positive experience renting this property. It is clean and offers a comfortable living space. The location is excellent for transport and local amenities. Poor service received. Was trying to rent with these estate agents. They did not seem to want to communicate via email, and it took many phone calls chasing things up and finally an email involving ombudsman to resolve the issue. Maybe they were just very busy and overwhelmed, but I'd be weary of this company and their lack of email communications. One thing I would say is they were very polite throughout the process, and once we did get contact they were very quick to resolve issue.
