We have used Duke’s Estate Agents for both the sale of one of our properties and for managing our rental property, and honestly, we couldn’t be happier with the service we have received. We recently sold our house through Jukes. First contact with Geoff was friendly, with a valuation booked very quickly. Lee gave us a valuation in line with what other estate agents had estimated, but what sold me on Jukes was their different approach to selling. Sure enough, shortly after the fantastic listing was posted, we had a ton of viewings booked. Kirsty, who showed a lot of people around, was super friendly every time I spoke with her. Every viewing was chased for feedback within a day or 2, and viewers comments passed to us. Within a couple of weeks, we had a buyer who had put pen to paper and we were off to the races. Lee, Geoff and Jenai kept us updated with how our buyer was doing. This included some feedback about work they would like done which meant I could get this out of the way before the Solicitors had to let me know, saving a bunch of time and hassle later on. Jenai pushed for updates and progress from solicitors on all sides and we were packed up and moved way ahead of where so many people had warned us we may wait! I'm sure their holding fee policy is what keeps everyone plugging away as everyone is committed to the transaction from day 1. A side note, everyone at Jukes will tell you in plain English what is happening. There's no pretence, just straight facts about what to expect and what they need from you. Given that most of us selling properties are not experts, this is so helpful. All in all, top class service from everyone at Jukes and I'd be happy to recommend them to anyone. A big thank you to the entire team.
