I don't have enough praise for Jukes. They made the seemingly impossible not only possible but easy. Meaning that my dream move, which had fallen through with another estate agent, actually happened. With the previous estate agents I had faced delays, silences, untruths, immense stress & ultimately defeat, so I really do know how much of a step above Jukes are. Lee & Geoff are really approachable & they know their stuff & the area. I wish I'd gone with them from the start, but I did get bullied into a contract by the other estate agents using false promises & fear tactics. I actually saved a bit of money compared to the sale that had fallen through due to the purchaser paying Jukes' fees.

When Lee valued my house I was concerned as two other agents had valued it for £25,000 more. I went with one of those. I really wish I hadn’t. 6 months and hardly any viewings. I switched to Jukes and they advertised it for £25,000 less (£325,000). In theee weeks I e had over 20 viewings and 4 offers and I’ve just accepted an offer for £335,000 PLUS Jukes do not charge an agency fee so I get the full £335,000. Had a horrendous experience selling our house with the buyer from hell. Lee had a to go battle on our behalf after months of excuses and trying to pull out after we had exchanged contracts . I honestly didn't think it was going to happen and tbh without Lee it probably wouldn't have. Jukes had already been paid up front so could have left it but Lee kept up the pressure and fought through on our behalf. Top chap

I think I have viewed over 20 Harlow properties and have dealt with maybe 10 different agents and to be fair some have been good, some have been awful (late etc.) but Jukes were different class! Communication was excellent, they answered every question and even gave me a lift to my next viewing (with another agent). I haven’t bought anywhere yet but I just wanted to say thank you Jukes, especially Lee! I think you are great!

Our overall experience with the estate agents went smoothly however when we initially went for a viewing of the property before purchasing we were told there was full electricity in the outer building but there wasn’t once we got the keys, also a few repairs e.g, some internal doors weren’t in a good condition which we were not told or made aware of as access to those areas were locked. Other than that everything was fine.

They possess a relaxed, down-to-earth demeanor, always punctual, and exude politeness and friendliness. During our relocation from the UK to HU, their unwavering support throughout the selling process was invaluable. They went above and beyond, arranging furniture collection from our property, a task we couldn't manage from Hungary. Their professionalism and dedication to their clients were truly admirable. Having used Lee for a previous lettings under his old company, I am wholly disappointed to learn the tenant deposit as not put into a secure account and has 'gone'. I dealt with Lee at the time so as far as I'm concerned he's who I hold responsible. The directors are passing the buck on blame but the bottom line is the deposit was stolen. Therefore I do not recommend the company because I would not trust Lee. He's not done much to help get my money back apart from blame colleagues. It's not good enough and now I'm out of pocket.

Recommended. Geoff was an absolute star! He showed me exactly how and why he valued my property £10,000 less than 2 other agents, and explained that this was the best way to get a good price. He wasn't wrong! Sold in 10 days at not just over the asking price, but for more than the other agents has said I would get! I chose Town and country after getting 6 valuations from different estate agents I chose town and country because not only did they think they could achieve the asking the price I wanted But was also prepared to invest in professional photographer and drone footage unlike the other estate agents who seemed to just want to put it on Rightmove and hope for the best The sale of my house was agreed within 3 weeks of going on the market and I found Lee/ Geff and everyone else at the office always helpful Can't recommend them enough Well done Town and country
