GoogleTown and Country (Harlow) made the house buying process a personable, easy and enjoyable one... I particularly recommend Lee and Emma. They are not like many other estate agents, they are not trying to rip people off, they cared about the individual (rather than highest bidder) and all of the agents had a good sense of humour. They were keen to help wherever they could and at no point did they try to mislead us, if they didn’t know they just said they didn’t know. If you’re looking for the suited and booted atypical “sales” approach then I would perhaps try a different agency. However as a first buyer, I couldn’t recommend T&C enough- without them we probably would still be struggling to find a property at a reasonable price. Thank you for looking after us and helping us to find our first home.

GoogleWhen someone goes that ‘extra mile’ I think they should be mentioned and given credit.
I wanted to view a flat in Harlow that was being sold by Jukes Estate Agents. I called in a Sunday expecting to leave a message but no! They answered and booked me in to view the following day.
I viewed the flat which was nice but not for me and I left to go to my next viewing. Lee saw me walking down the street and said “hop in” “I will give you a lift”. What a gentleman! I’m still looking but I would recommend Jukes as an agent that really cares!

GoogleWhen an Estate Agents say they sell with no agency fee, there has to be a catch right? Well with Jukes they really do sell with no agency fee and there is NO catch! We have had friends who have had their sale fall through and it’s horrible! Jukes explained everything and kept in contact from the moment we accepted our buyers offer to the day we moved out. I was particularly impressed with the clarity of everything. I would recommend that if you are selling, you use Jukes of Harlow.

GoogleI was sceptical about paying a reservation fee to secure a property I wanted to buy but after reading all the terms and conditions I decided it was all above board. Unfortunately the survey showed the property needed a new roof and the buyer wouldn’t entertain a reduced price so the sale collapsed. My reservation fee was back in my account within 24 hours! Lee and Geoff are totally honest and do what they say! I would and will buy off them in the future.

Lee deserves a medal for going the extra mile for our Mum’s house sale. If your house is not standard construction and you have difficulties with other Estate Agents, look no more, the experts are Jukes. Our experience with other Estate Agents in Harlow led nowhere. Division of Sales and Mortgage Brokerage meant we couldn’t get accurate information from the Agent - we wasted 8 months. Jukes took 4 months - we have just exchanged!
