GooglePaula at Jukes & Co Estate Agents went above and beyond for our family. With my mum seriously unwell for two years, we had a really hard time and other agents made promises and let us down. Paula kept her word, checked in regularly and guided us through every step with genuine care. She managed to sell the property within three months, and her support made all the difference. I would particularly like to thank Olamide and Aslan for their excellent customer service and support throughout the process. They have both been extremely helpful, professional and approachable, providing much-needed guidance at every stage and making the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free. Communication has been excellent throughout. GoogleI had a maintenance issue that I reported. This issue was not taken care of for three weeks. However when Davontai in Jukes Maintenance Team, got on the case, he was apologetic at how long I had to wait for my maintenance issue to be resolved. He got on the issue and had it resolved in the 3rd week. I appreciate his help.

GoogleI have been viewing properties with the view to buy for the last two months and although I have had a mix of good and poor estate agent responses to viewing applications, I felt I had to review Jukes because not only did they answer my call at 7.30pm, they were able to arrange the viewing for the next morning at 9.30am as I was in the area. The lady from Jukes was there when I arrived and she was a breath of fresh air. I am useless at names but I’m pretty sure she was called Kirsty. She was so lovely and I am delighted to say that I have now offered on the property and had my offer accepted. Everyone has been so helpful at Jukes and I would recommend them to anyone selling or buying. Thank you

GoogleJukes sold my house quickly and when I asked their advice on a property I was hoping to buy and was going to put in a bid of £410,000, Geoff suggested I offered £390,000. I did and they accepted my offer! Thank you Geoff, thank you Jukes, you are amazing!

On for £420,000 and yet they took £390,000 and had it been listed for £400,000 in the first place it may have sold for £410,000.
