GoogleI have had a really positive experience renting this property. It is clean and offers a comfortable living space. The location is excellent for transport and local amenities. Our letting agent, Neha, has been excellent throughout our tenancy. Communication has always been prompt, friendly and professional and any queries have been handled quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend Jukes and Co to others.

GoogleI would recommend Jukes and Co Estate Agent to any landlord operating around the Croydon and South Norwood areas. I have been using them since 2014 and haven't any issues to consider with them. This service has been excellent under new management especially Neha my property manager. She does her job well and promptly liaises between myself and tenants when there are maintenance issues to resolve

GoogleOur overall experience with the estate agents went smoothly however when we initially went for a viewing of the property before purchasing we were told there was full electricity in the outer building but there wasn’t once we got the keys, also a few repairs e.g, some internal doors weren’t in a good condition which we were not told or made aware of as access to those areas were locked. Other than that everything was fine.

Hi We are sorry you felt the way you did about the property you bought from us. We have checked the write up of that property and it does say the outbuilding is electric ready which means all the electrics are done in the building but it still needs connecting to a mains supply. As for the conditions of the doors, again we have checked and nothing was locked as far as we can ascertain. We never have and never will try and hide any problems with any of our properties we sell.

GoogleI don't have enough praise for Jukes. They made the seemingly impossible not only possible but easy. Meaning that my dream move, which had fallen through with another estate agent, actually happened. With the previous estate agents I had faced delays, silences, untruths, immense stress & ultimately defeat, so I really do know how much of a step above Jukes are. Lee & Geoff are really approachable & they know their stuff & the area. I wish I'd gone with them from the start, but I did get bullied into a contract by the other estate agents using false promises & fear tactics. I actually saved a bit of money compared to the sale that had fallen through due to the purchaser paying Jukes' fees.
