Jukes have managed my property for nearly two years. The last tenant found was sourced in less than 5 days of the flat being advertised, whilst also having a healthy bundle of viewings! Throughout the process they informed me of each viewing and fed back any comments from the applicants. This is the second tenant they have found for me and the quality of tenants has so far been perfect. The team are vastly experienced and know the immediate and surrounding areas inside out. I've used other agents in South Norwood/Crystal Palace previous to Jukes, and I have to say that Jukes really do reign supreme in comparison. I would highly recommend using them - you won't be disappointed.

Simon Jukes is a diamond - knows his market, good common sense, calm manner, great at handling both parties to a transaction (we've bought and sold with him and both times he's soothed the frustrations and kept everyone sensible), he's proactive keeping things moving along, and most importantly I trust his integrity. Paula had an offer on our flat that we could have been persuaded to accept - she did the honest thing rather than the easy thing and advised us to hold out because she thought she could do better for us. We did and she did. It's a shame they're not on every High Street - but if they were they wouldn't be what they are!
