Googlephoned up to enquire about some properties to rent for the new year knowing how quickly rentals go. MY partner got laughed at on the phone. quite bad really just goes to show that some people aren't professional. wouldn't recommend

GoogleGave me wrong address for viewing, when I called they rudely advised the agent wasn’t in and she couldn’t read her writing to determine where the viewing was. She then hung up and called back advising that actually the viewing had been cancelled and they had called me 3/4 times that morning to tell me (they really hadn’t). I really wouldn’t use, so many agents to chose from, don’t use these guys!

GoogleWe were looking at one of their rental flats late last year and the estate agent (Sonal) was terse, seriously unenthusiastic and quick to show us out of the door. Many of the questions we asked about the property, for example "How many other flats are there in the building" were met with "I don't know." It felt like we were an annoyance to her rather than clients. A rude and unprofessional experience.NegativeProfessionalism

Hello Nam we are sorry to hear of your experience with one of our agents as we strive to provide a high level of service. Sonal would have possibly only just started with us at the time last year which may account for her lack of knowledge of that particular property. its a shame that you have only now a year on decided to bring this to our attention and without speaking to any other member of the team at the time. We are a local and independent agency and more than approachable should you wish to view one of our properties in the future.

GoogleAbsolutely the worst estate agent I have EVER dealt with. They had my property on the market for an absurd amount of time. I called in for feedback nearly every two days to see what I can do. Never got a call back! When they did viewings they always left the lights on and most of the time left the door unlocked! I'm glad to say I have taken my business elsewhere!

GoogleA very friendly and helpful agent, with an excellent knowledge of the local area and beyond. A buyer was found quickly, and I was kept regularly informed about the progress of the sale. Queries were answered promptly, and the service was always personal and supportive. The whole process was handled in a professional and reassuring way. Estate agents have a mixed reputation - this is one of the very good ones.

GoogleCouldn't recommend Jukes & Co highly enough - will definitely use again... Superb service from start to finish. As first time buyers we didn't know anything to start with but they delivered an amazing service from start to finish. Giving us all the information we needed, and they were on top of all other parties involved in the transaction! A clear step by step process every step of the way made it easy & simple and gave us peace of mind we were in good hands. Thanks again guys.

GoogleWorked with Jukes for over two years, both as Letting Agents, and then acting on the sale of my Mum's property. They are a small family business, and I largely worked with Esther, whilst letting the property. Anytime anything needed doing, she found just the right person. When I needed tenants, she assured me she would find one.....and she did. When it was time to sell, and when things appeared to be stalling, Simon stayed on the case, and we completed a week ago. No hesitation recommending this firm!

Even in a slowing market his confidence proved well founded and enabled us to sell amazingly quickly. GoogleI got in touch with Jukes and co after an initial sale with another estate agent had fallen through. Paula French was the Jukes agent that managed my sale. Thank you so much. I gave Jukes sole agent status at the end of September 2018 and by the 14th of December 2018 the sale of my property had exchanged and completed. It was a no nonsense, straight to the point, just what it says on the tin experience. Paula loved my property and told me straight away that she would get it sold and that what she and the team at Jukes did. The whole process from start to finish was so effortless for me, I was able to sit back confidently knowing Jukes had everything under control. I was kept updated and informed throughout the process of viewings, offers and finally a buyer. Thank you so much Paula and the team at Jukes for the wonderful Christmas gift of such an efficient and timely service that resulted in the sale of my property. Happy New year 2019 Janice C
