GoogleVery unprofessional estate agents. I called a over a week ago to view a property that had been put up that day, one of the first people to call. I was told the builders would be on site until 21st November and I could view after. I called today 17th to see if the builders were still working as the gentleman told me they could finish before that date. When I called I was told the property has gone and some one had viewed it last week after the builders were there. This is so disgusting and not acceptable. The lady who I spoke to apologised but it’s not good enough where was the call back to book a viewing or to even tell me that the property had gone. After now reading previous reviews I’m not surprised with this unprofessional behaviour. Don’t take peoples details if you have no intentions of calling them back or treating them with any respect.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleI arranged a viewing that I could no longer make, so I called up to see if my partner could attend on my behalf, they said this would be fine. My partner showed up at the property and after a 15 minute wait my partner was refused a viewing. No one came to meet them despite the office being nearby, my partner had to call to be told they weren't going to show him the property. First of all they were told they couldn't view the propety because I wasn't present (although confirmed this was fine over the phone) then we were told the property was not suitable for us - however no one from Jukes thought to email or call us before we travelled all the way there. Such an unprofessional and rude way to be treated. Really upset and disappointed. Won't be dealing with Jukes again.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleJukes weren’t even in charge of selling my flat, although I wish they had been. Jukes were agents for the new property I was purchasing and were so helpful, responsive and organised they really put my estate agents to shame. They were the only reason our chain didn’t collapse - I would definitely use them next time.

GoogleBack in 2006 i purchased a property from Jukes and Co and found the professionalism, courtesy and just honest approach to be of the highest quality. When i decided to rent the same property out in 2017, I had no hesitation in approaching Jukes to deal with the letting side of things. Out of all the bad stories you see and hear about, it natural to worry about just who is going to live in your house. But Jukes found me a tenant in a million. So when i now decided to sell this property, i was only ever going to one agent to help with the sale. They are straight forward to deal with and communication is excellent . If you have a property for sale or to be let in the South Norwood area (and surrounding area's) I would reccomend Jukes and co every single time over some of the other supposed bigger name agents. GoogleI instructed Jukes to sell my stepfathers rather run-down property during the difficult times that followed the outbreak of Covid 19. Andrew provided a realistic appraisal and valuation, managing our expectations but at the same time indicating the likelihood of a positive outcome. After a few viewings we accepted an offer close to our asking price and a swift completion was on the cards. When the process stalled due to an issue further back in the chain, both Andrew and Simon were pro-active, helpful and communicative - which helped the sale progress at a faster speed than had looked likely. I have nothing but praise for Jukes in the professional and courteous way they have dealt with every aspect of the sale. GoogleI just bought a flat via Jukes and couldn't fault their service. Paula knew what I was looking for and when the flat became available she called me right away. The buying process took longer than expected due to covid etc but both Simon and Andrew were always on the ball and trying to push things along. Would happily recommend Jukes, you see their signs everywhere too so that speaks for itself!

GoogleI purchased a property circa a year ago and after some due diligence settled on Jukes and Co as the property manager. They found an excellent tenant within three weeks of completion and helped undertake some works to get the property up to scratch. They are a family business who really know there patch! Thanks Maria and the rest of the team in making it such a smooth process. Would highly recommend to anyone considering a letting agent/manager.
