I wanted to rent a flat and was impressed with one property from Jukes & Co. Despite the fact that agent was late and did not seem to know much about the flat. So, I applied for it and went through referencing (Without putting on a holding deposit which was strange). After a while, we get a call from an agent that the tenant actually wants to stay in the flat. However, the flat was still advertised which did seem a bit strange again. A week later, it turns out the flat was rented out to someone else. I do not recommend renting from this company as it all seemed a bit dodgy.

Jukes&Co are exceptional estate agents. They provide an attentive and personal service and value the importance of good communication, replying promptly to all my queries whether by email or phone. Andrew always offered sound advice and often went the extra mile to help make the selling process less stressful. In his absence, other members of the team were equally helpful. Their fees are reasonable and offer excellent value for money. In addition, they are all very nice people ! I would recommend without hesitation.

Neil and the team have been amazing. They sold my property on the 1st viewing we had They kept me informed throughout including updating me on how many viewings and the other buyers postion, so I could make the best decision on the sale. Town and Country (Harlow) made the house buying process a personable, easy and enjoyable one... I particularly recommend Lee and Emma. They are not like many other estate agents, they are not trying to rip people off, they cared about the individual (rather than highest bidder) and all of the agents had a good sense of humour. They were keen to help wherever they could and at no point did they try to mislead us, if they didn’t know they just said they didn’t know. If you’re looking for the suited and booted atypical “sales” approach then I would perhaps try a different agency. However as a first buyer, I couldn’t recommend T&C enough- without them we probably would still be struggling to find a property at a reasonable price. Thank you for looking after us and helping us to find our first home.
