GoogleBang average service and will use all the tricks in the estate agent’s tiresome book to sign you up. “You’re absolutely first in the queue.” “Landlord will accept your move in date”. Gather details… “Hey look we have these other places while you wait” (not remotely what we are looking for). Some time later “Sorry, landlord didn’t like your move in date”. Only a week of chasing our tails and being sold false promises invested in a waste of bloody time. Value your time by staying away.

GoogleGreat team led by Andrew.A few little hiccups along the way,not the fault of Jukes but the Land registry backlogue,but the team at Jukes were fun but professional all the way.Wouldnt hesitate to recommend and use them again.

I would like to call out Andrew (for his initial insight, ultimate patience and diligence throughout) and Paula (for her tenacity). A super end result given the particular challenges we faced in certain London markets through the latter half of 2022. Couldn't have got to my beautiful new home without you!

GoogleI knew through friends who had both sold and rented in the area that Jukes was a dedicated and great team and had their finger on the pulse of Sth Norwood real estate. So they came recommended. When it came time to sell my home, I interviewed four local agents including a large nation-wide agency, the sort who promises everything and takes double the commission of a local agent. Jukes was way ahead of the pack after these meetings. Their knowledge of the local marketplace was just outright superior and more keen. This was the best agent decision I have ever taken. My house was beautifully photographed and marketed and it had a buyer at a great price within 48 hours. There is really nothing more to say - this speaks for itself. I was speechless. I am very grateful to Andrew Reid and the team at Jukes. Always picked up the phone. Email replies immediately. Clear information. Gutsy. Professional. Friendly. I recommend Jukes 100% and wouldn’t personally look anywhere else when it comes time to purchase or sell in the area again

GoogleRecently sold my house through Jukes and , as expected, it made the whole procedure much less stressful. From excellent organisation around the viewing process to being easily contactable, they really are professional but with an easy, helpful manner. I must admit to using them over twenty years ago and I was so glad they still provide a first rate service.

GoogleAfter spending a couple of weeks looking for a new flat, it was a pleasure to deal with Jukes & Co. and Roxie in particular. They've been a breath of fresh air. I narrowly missed out on a place the week before but they were determined to help and found me a better property a week later. Nice people who care about the people and not just the deal. Highly recommend.

He helped navigate the bumps in the road and ensured things remained as smooth as possible. Paula from the team also helped and is really experienced too.
