GoogleHaving used Lee for a previous lettings under his old company, I am wholly disappointed to learn the tenant deposit as not put into a secure account and has 'gone'. I dealt with Lee at the time so as far as I'm concerned he's who I hold responsible. The directors are passing the buck on blame but the bottom line is the deposit was stolen.
Therefore I do not recommend the company because I would not trust Lee. He's not done much to help get my money back apart from blame colleagues. It's not good enough and now I'm out of pocket.

I am sorry, BUT, I have to say that Lee resigned from that company in 2018. A couple of years later, that company was sold on to another owner and subsequently then went out of business. Some 6 years later, you unfortunately found that your tenant deposit was not where it was supposed to be. This was NOT anything to do with Lee. He resigned years ago. Lee Venables (my business partner) is the most trustworthy person i have ever met. Indeed, I would not go into business with anyone I considered even a little 'dodgy'. Lee cannot do anything to help you get your money back because the person who is ultimately responsible cannot be contacted and in fact has court judgements against him from various people chasing monies owed. I am extremely sorry you have had this happen to you. However, It is nothing to do with Jukes Estate Agents or indeed Lee.

GoogleWe were a little reluctant to use Jukes at first. We hadnβt really heard of them until we wanted to view a house they were selling.
They allowed us to view as we were about to put ours on the market.
Lee came and valued it and everything he said made perfect sense.
We have now sold and we are delighted with the price they got us and how quickly they sold it!

GoogleCan't recommend highly enough. Paula and her team managed to do in 2 days, what previous agent hadn't managed in 5 months and secured us a sale for a fair price. We decided to sell the property as a result of some really difficult cards life had dealt us and having Paula take the reins made things SO much less stressful than it had been with previous agent. Brilliant communciation, genuine integrity and as a small business we knew she would see it though to completion ( which she 100% did with some help from Alex - huge thank you to him too!). Great business. Don't be fooled by the flash, bigger agents (like I was π) - 100% these are the ones to choose!
