GoogleWe were looking at one of their rental flats late last year and the estate agent (Sonal) was terse, seriously unenthusiastic and quick to show us out of the door. Many of the questions we asked about the property, for example "How many other flats are there in the building" were met with "I don't know." It felt like we were an annoyance to her rather than clients. A rude and unprofessional experience.NegativeProfessionalism

Sonal would have possibly only just started with us at the time last year which may account for her lack of knowledge of that particular property. its a shame that you have only now a year on decided to bring this to our attention and without speaking to any other member of the team at the time. GoogleAbsolutely the worst estate agent I have EVER dealt with. They had my property on the market for an absurd amount of time. I called in for feedback nearly every two days to see what I can do. Never got a call back! When they did viewings they always left the lights on and most of the time left the door unlocked! I'm glad to say I have taken my business elsewhere!

GoogleBang average service and will use all the tricks in the estate agent’s tiresome book to sign you up. “You’re absolutely first in the queue.” “Landlord will accept your move in date”. Gather details… “Hey look we have these other places while you wait” (not remotely what we are looking for). Some time later “Sorry, landlord didn’t like your move in date”. Only a week of chasing our tails and being sold false promises invested in a waste of bloody time. Value your time by staying away.

GoogleI have to commend the entire team for their help in securing what transpired to be a particularly tricky sale and completion. I would like to call out Andrew (for his initial insight, ultimate patience and diligence throughout) and Paula (for her tenacity). A super end result given the particular challenges we faced in certain London markets through the latter half of 2022. Couldn't have got to my beautiful new home without you!

GoogleAfter spending a couple of weeks looking for a new flat, it was a pleasure to deal with Jukes & Co. and Roxie in particular. They've been a breath of fresh air. I narrowly missed out on a place the week before but they were determined to help and found me a better property a week later. Nice people who care about the people and not just the deal. Highly recommend.
