GoogleJohn Payne is simply the best! When we decided to sell our home in South East London (Lewisham, Hither Green) we invited 5 estate agents in the area to quote. Out of the 5 John Payne was up on the top. They are frank, professional, flexible, friendly and great value for your money. John Payne (Claire, Chris & Matt) communicated details and progress of our sale all the way from day1 up to completing the sale.They were also available anytime we contacted them, did a great deal of work to keep the momentum going and to coordinate with all parties involved. Our house sale went smoothly without any major issues. We, highly recommend John Payne to anyone who wants to sell or buy a house. A BIG Thank you to John Payne Team! :)
