We have recently had to move during COVID. It was incredibly stressful and made worse when we found ourselves unable to access our deposit back through no fault of our own. At first I was not happy with the responses I was getting until Rupert Simmonds stepped in. He went above and beyond to cut through red tape and help us to get our deposit back in full. Rupert is a credit to John D Wood!

Really bad when it comes to services. My deposit is stuck with them for more than 2 months. Always some lame excuse for not paying back. There is an property manager named Moesha, who will never address any query but will just be harsh I hope to give below 1 star but that the least i can go.

Claire has been excellent in helping us find a rental properly from abroad. She was super flexible with our requirements and timing and always kept us in the loop once we found the property. She did an extra video viewing and asked many questions to current tenants on our behalf. I would highly recommend Claire and her team and if were to rent again would definitely use them!

I have a property which is fully managed by JohnDWoods , they couldn't renew my contract due to sick leave of their employee , they cant solve my problem I have to reach to tenant by myself and trying to solve the issues , 20 days pasts the contract end date .

GoogleMy family and I have been looking for a property to rent for few weeks. I consulted several letting companies and Craig Jackson, from the John D Wood Fulham agency, did an outstanding job in understanding our needs, showing houses meeting our criteria, offering re-visiting several times with family members. Once the decision taken on our side, Craig was very efficient in all the steps, having the different people completing their tasks to get the house ready for us : in 5 days we got the keys. The John D Wood agency and Craig, our main contact, have been very professional and very nice to deal with at the same time. We highly recommend.

This company make an appearance of disorganization, but could not possible stay in business, if they were, indeed, as disorganized as they appear. Having managed to fend me off for three days whilst I was house-hunting in France; I finally found that the gem of a house I had found - in Perpignan - was taken off the market; in order that it could be purchased by a relative of one of the partners/directors of John D Wood. Worse than inefficient and unprofessional ... very close to fraudulent! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!

GoogleWe were very happy with all of the service provided by John D. Wood. First, they found great tenants for our house and managed the process of letting the house well since we were abroad. Then, as the tenancy was ending, they listed our house for sale and found a buyer within the first 6 weeks. They communicated very well throughout the process and made it all very easy for us. GoogleMy wife and I have been looking for a place to rent for a while using a number of different agencies. By far the best experience was with john D. Wood. The stock that they had on was by far the best quality that we saw and they manage the fine balance between owner and potential tenant well. James Mooney was our contact there and he worked his socks off for us - nothing was too much bother. James had a high sense of understanding of the generic market, and then on the smaller scale a decent understanding of the owners and their needs and requirements. John D Wood is well organised from the start of the process to the conclusion, they come across as fair to both parties and their staff are knowledgeable and professional whilst remaining very pleasant to deal with. Selling or renting I would advise this company certainly in the Chelsea/Fulham area

I rented a property which was managed by this company. The agents made promises they did not meet and the management agents are extremely poor. There was a flood and the information provided by the company turned out to be in accurate so they have refused to reimburse me for the hotel and all costs. I have had to instruct my lawyers to start a court process.

GoogleI cannot rate John D Wood in Parsons Green highly enough. They were highly efficient, polite and courteous at all times. The sale of my house ran extremely smoothly from the beginning of proceedings right up to handing the keys over! I really would recommend them to anyone thinking of selling their home.
