GoogleIf I could give zero stars I would. Absolute nightmare of a company. Unsure how they have been given five star reviews, friends and family perhaps. They are less than economical with the truth. Rude. Difficult. Unprofessional. Aggressive. Shabby. Kate is particularly poor.
Thank you for taking the time to write this review Frances, its always disappointing when it looks like we have let clients down. On the average we usually deliver a 5* service (as you can see from our numerous reviews) on this occasion we are sorry we didn't live up to that.

We understand that completion day can be particularly stressful, especially when removal timings, access requirements from buyers and chain timings don’t align as hoped. While these logistical elements sit outside of our control and are not a reflection of our service, we do appreciate how frustrating they can feel at the time. GoogleI don’t think I’ve ever met an estate agent in my life that looks at me up and down with such judgement, hatred and contempt. No smiles, no hand shakes, just a face with disgust and revulsion. She wasn’t even remotely interested in showing me the property just stood there and kept staring. Just because I was not in a 3 piece suit doesn’t mean I can’t afford it. The whole thing was just strange, she kept judging me the whole time and not even interested in answering questions I had regarding the property, as a result of her lack of professionalism and rude behaviour, I had to leave abruptly. Thanks Catherine Rude, I mean Rule, for the pleasant viewing! I guess I will stick to the far more reputable estate agents in the area who know how to behave and treat applicants with manners and respect.

GoogleI have been so impressed with the staff at DDM (Barton Branch) from the moment I first registered my interest in buying a property. I was shown round a few houses, with no pressure and felt totally at ease, especially as I was doing this on my own. Nothing was too much trouble. Even on completion the gentleman kindly dropped off the house keys to me, on his way home from work, as I couldn't get to the office. I would definitely recommend DDM to anybody wishing to purchase a property or sell with them.

He was so efficient and reliable, always following through with keeping in contact. Marta then took over our contract and she has also been fabulous to deal with, sorting out any minor issues we have had with our flat asap. We have dealt with a lot of Real Estate Agencies in the past in Australia, buying and renting and these guys have come out on top for sure. A great start to our family adventure in London.
