Even though the process was numerous, each of them was for a good course. I was really enthused about the variety of options and how prospective tenant is allowed to make a choice. I would say that the team was always available to help. The level of professionalism is really good coupled with their prompt response to mails. A huge thank you to Emma Lawton who basically made our dreams come true. Having lived overseas for over a decade we were told by the banks it would be extremeley hard for us to get a mortgage. During the purchase of my first property I got to know a lot of the staff at mann. They were all lovely people and tried to help on numerous occasions. I have to say, my experience with Mann was excellent and the customer service and support was exemplary at all times. My wife and I had been searching for investment property in the area for many months. After numerous unpleasant dealings with multiple local agencies and some extremely poor customer service, we finally stumbled across Mann. This very quickly became a very positive experience with a gentleman named Danny helping us with our search. He took our requirements very seriously and personally guiding us in every detail. He went out of his way on multiple occasions to help, and with his wreath of knowledge on property and the local area, gave us invaluable advice. I really cannot stress how grateful we are and would urge anyone requiring the services of an estate agent in Canterbury to contact Mann! They were excellent.
