GoogleMy experience with JLL was absolutely great. Me and my colleague, took a little risky approach and rented it without even seeing the place in person. Pierre, who was our agent has done a fantastic job, he was very responsive, helped us negotiate the contract and overall was very very helpful. I have just moved in here yesterday, and the flat is great. Definitely recommend :)

GoogleIf I could rate 0 stars, I would. My housemates and I rented a property for 2 years through Mann and all aspects of service were abysmal. Let me give some examples. No heating for 3 months Broken washing machine Broken microwave Broken dishwasher Hole in backdoor Front door inaccessible Rotten hole in utility room Most furniture broken All of these problems were fixable. Staff from Mann took over a month to fix each issue, especially the heating (3 months). Staff make promises they cannot keep and make it extremely difficult to get things done unless there is monetary incentive on their behalf. Would never use this letting agent again. Save yourselves the hassle.

GoogleThe WORST agency I have ever dealt with. Never get call backs, never get email responses, NO MANAGER, no one is ever aware of anything, no information is ever recorded on their system, extremely difficult to speak to the right person, they always say, 'leave this with me and I'll do it today or in the next couple of days'... months later... NOTHING! IF you are looking for an agency and want to have peace and not robbed.... DO NOT GO TO MANN COUNTRYWIDE !!

JLL, and in particular Oliver and Daniel at Nine Elms branch, have been simply fantastic throughout the whole process of finding, negotiating, preparing and moving us into a great new flat. Moving can be stressful, so it makes all the difference to have an agent and agency that make the process as smooth as possible. Can't fault them really!
