We sold our place through JLL and our agent, Adam, has been amazing! He secured us a very good offer for the flat, in line with our expectations and in a relatively short period of time. Not only that, but he has been present and very helpful throughout the transaction process. A huge thank you to Adam and the team at JLL Greenwich for selling our house during what was a very challenging Pandemic lockdown. From liaising with the buyer and solicitors to finalising the sale, he showed true commitment and professionalism. We live in Australia but the distance and different time zone made little difference as his communication was excellent. A fantastic effort all round.

We went to JLL after being recommended by a friend and we were not disappointed. We found a great flat in the location we wanted and within the limit of our budget. The agents were kind to guide us through every step of the referencing and renting process, which is a bit tedious in terms of bureaucratic paperwork load. Everybody was very professional and we moved in in a flash.

Dec 3rd 2018- Recently JLL have become my new property management company - the rental process was very simple, easy and painless & I’ve been in regular contact with my property agent - she’s answered all questions promptly & efficently, all things you’d want during the stressful time of renting. August 2019- Very difficult tenancy agency to work with when experiencing issues with our rental. Despite a glowing review for their sales team in securing our home, their tenancy care team has been rude, unhelpful and does not deliver in resolving complaints within a suitable amount of time.
