GoogleWhile I gave a 5 star review before moving in to the new property i'm now forced to revert back everything I said. The place where we moved in has been a nightmare, the additional clauses in the contract have not been respected, carpets are filthy, damp on the bathroom walls, heating not working and the list goes on and on. While they said they have been working on this, I full week has passed and nothing has been fixed. Some emails are even ignored and for others we receive replies after days.

GoogleAfter accessing several real estate agents to secure a rental property, Michael was a dream come true. GoogleEd at JLL helped us with our house purchase and he was exceptional. We had viewed around 50 properties prior to our purchase and Ed has been the best of the Estate agent we have dealt with. GoogleI have been using JLL for my last renting application. I have been impressed by the professionalism of this agency. Its agent Michael Chu has been very reliable throughout the whole process, organising the viewing, taking additional videos, answering all the questions regarding the apartment that caught my attention and making sure that I was aware of the situation at every step of the process until the signature of the tenancy agreement.

Everything was handled really swiftly and efficiently and appropriate measures were made for social distancing.
