GoogleWe were very happy with the Caernarfon team. They always got straight back to us and made us feel as though we were their only customer. After the sale they kept mail for the previous owner month after month because they didn’t want to give a forwarding address. An exceptional estate agent.

GoogleAs an overseas client with little understanding of the London market, Hayley and the JLL team were exceptionally helpful and timely in answering all my questions and queries. They gave me all the information I asked for, helped liaise with the landlord, and kept me updated with the status of my property search. Even after moving in, small problems with my flat were attended to in a time and professional manner. I would highly recommend the JLL team for anybody from overseas looking for a new home in London.

GoogleAlthough initially pretty straightforward renting experience, the first mishap was needing to come in and visit JLL in person to show my passport TWICE because they messed up taking a copy the first time. (Of course this is during working hours only.) More seriously, when the window in our flat spontaneously exploded, JLL has been very slow in coordinating with insurance to get it repaired. We have had to wait for more than 3 months and the window is still broken, with no signs of any progress! Whenever we try to contact them, the relevant person is invariably on leave. 1 star.

GoogleWe have let out our flat with JLL and had an absolutely amazing experience working with them (and we have dealt with quite a few other real estate agencies before so I feel like we can compare). They were prompt to reply to our requests, transparent and objective in their advice, extremely quick in organising the entire process and finding a tenant for us in a record time - a real pleasure working with them. Highly recommended, no hesitations.

GoogleA absolutely great job done by the team at the Royal Exchange office. I had a hard and fast deadline to meet and JLL did everything to insure that I completed my sale on the exact date that I had to, even though my primary contact was on paternity leave for a number of weeks leading up to that date, there was a seamless transfer of responsibilities to his colleagues who were as informed about the situation and were able to take everything to completion. A fantastic job done by all the team, would highly recommend them and would use them in the future in an instance.

GoogleGreat experience renting through JLL. Made what is usually a stressful and complicated process very easy and even enjoyable. Neil and Kate in particular were exceptionally helpful, always responsive to emails and answered all of our of questions quickly and clearly. As new renters in London and having had bad experiences in the past with other agencies we couldn't recommend the JLL team enough and we would certainly rent with them again in the future.
