GoogleHave been a tenant with them as agents for 2 years. Fantastic people. Very quick and easy to communicate with, got the couple of "wear and tear" issues resolved as quickly as possible and very easy check in and check out of the flat. Definitely recommend.

GoogleMy flatmate and I had just recently rented a new property which had gone through JLL as our letting agency. Our agent was Amelia and we could not have asked for a better agent. Highly recommend the service! We both felt she made the introduction process as easy as possible for us, making it a smooth transition. Some bumps occured here and there, but the timely and professional responses from our agent Amelia has made the process alot easier on us. GoogleSTAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY!! They have no integrity and do not have any principles or morals on how to do business. Stealing from deposits for little scratches on the wall that were reported during the inventory, finding any possible excuse like finger prints to take money from the deposit. I'd recommend you deal with more honest agencies, plenty of them in London
