GoogleSophie, Josie and Patrick were very proactive in getting an offer for my property and even achieved asking price which is very impressive given the current market. Josie and Patick always ensured they arrived at viewings early to make sure the property looked at its best and Sophie has been in constant contact to ensure both myself and the buyer so that we were up to speed throughout the process. I would highly recommend them!

We have an excellent relationship and they have always provided exemplary service. In particular, the financial support and reporting services, administered by their Lettings Account Manager, Hana Winklerova, have always gone to great lengths to ensure the highest standard of customer service.

GoogleI recently rented my flat out via JP, and the team got it rented out smoothly, and at my target rental price within 2 weeks of me giving them the instructions. They were professional, and quick to answer all my questions as a first time landlord. Really friendly, genuine team. I've used James Pendleton to let a flat for the last 5 years. They have been consistently excellent from securing tenants to renewing agreements and looking after tenants in between. I use them because I know they show genuine care and respect for the tenants (as well as the landlords) and I take comfort knowing that tenants have a positive experience.

FacebookHaving recently rented my property through James Pendleton. I can't recommend them highly enough. They walked me through the process and found me some amazing Tenants. From the first contact they where professional and informative. Thank you Jacob you where amazing. Thank you also to the angel department, after realising I needed safety certificates, Zara sorted everything out for me and made sure I had everything in order.

GoogleCant fault my experience with James Pendleton. Their service is excellent. In particular Mandy White worked extremely hard to push the purchase (of 209 Chapelier House, Riverside Quarter) through as both myself and the seller were keen to make the move happen ASAP. Mandy communicated brilliantly with all parties involved liasing with legal teams and helping problem solve, and is a credit to the company.
