Briana's excellent customer service, and fast results!

I was panicking about a situation of urgency. Called property management, Briana picked up, told me not to panic and that she would sort it. Within half an hour, 2 separate companies had picked up keys to address urgent issues. I cannot recommend her enough for the customer service she provided! Thank you Briana for your calm, effective, and speedy work. Not sure what I would have done without her!

The team were very professional, provided good advice, were responsive on the telephone and email, and allowed access on a number of occasions for measuring up, builders etc. They were always on time for appointments and most importantly were personable without any of the bs you sometimes get.

Incompetence throughout

Incompetence throughout. We were pushed into signing and moving in within a few days, we were told lies about issues with the contract when raised. They left furniture in the flat when we moved which they didn't bother to remove for a week afterwards. One of our keys doesn't work and they've failed to replace it. We have an ongoing maintenance issue which has been going on for over a month with no end in sight as they want to pursue baseless accusations, leading to a working relationship were we are unlikely to report issues in future due to their utter lack of competence.

Reliable and trustworthy

James Pendleton have been letting and managing my flat for 12 years. I don't live nearby so it's good to know it's in safe hands. All requests are dealt with promptly and efficiently. Suzan Salih and Marcus Battram have been very helpful with a recent move in co-ordination. Suzan has been looking after me since I purchased the flat. Toby Gardiner, William Yates and Zosia Gray have also helped with the recent change of tenants. Hana Winklerova is great at managing the financial side. James Smith is also very quick at dealing with any issues. Apologies if I've left any names off. They're all wonderful!

I've been a landlord using James Pendleton to rent out my flat for the past 12 years and it's never been empty for more than a couple of days. Suzan Salih and James Smith have been looking after the tenancy and management for years. There is rarely any drama, and they always very straight with me. The team at Pendletons seem very organised; Lorna was great helping me to find and secure an apartment and Suzan made sure the moving in process was smoothly handled. To be honest I initially thought the slogan "you can depend on Pendletons" was a little on the cheesy side, but I did feel I could depend on them! Also, Rebecca, who handled the inventory on moving in, was completely awesome and genuinely interested. Would highly recommend.
