I recently rented a new flat, Toby assisted me through the process and I cannot speak highly enough of him. He was incredibly helpful and polite. The process was very quick and smooth. James Pendleton is a fantastic agency, and I had an amazing experience conducting my property search with them. The man behind making that happen for me is Thomas Soutar - one of James Pendleton's senior letting consultants. He really went above and beyond - he was quick to book me in for a viewing, quick to send my offer to the landlord, and quick to let me know that my offer was accepted - in fact, it literally took only 10 hours from the time I found the property online to the time I was notified my offer was accepted - because of how fast Thomas works. He also responded to over 30 emails from me in the span of a week, and replied over the weekend. Thomas made sure I was well aware of the entire process and remained extremely transparent in all our conversations. It was important to me that I move in as soon as possible, and Thomas made it happen. If you're in the market for a beautiful flat to rent, I'd recommend looking with James Pendleton - and if you need someone who can respond quickly and get the ball rolling without prompting them, Thomas Soutar is your guy.
