GoogleWe were searching under a tight deadline, and Teddy Tokatly made the difference. He lined up viewings fast, worked around an awkward schedule on our side, and paid attention to our preferences instead of just sending whatever was available. Every appointment was on time and well organised, and he was straightforward with us about each property. There were a few things to sort out on the check-in report, but the team dealt with it properly and got everything resolved. We ended up in a flat we're really happy with, highly recommend asking for Teddy.

I had a very intense search period at the start of the year & out of all of the agents I was working with, Ralph was by far the most calm, pragmatic & helpful agent I worked with. GoogleRalph assisted my sister and I with our property search in South London. We found him to be a cut above most other agents we had dealt with. His level of detail was particularly impressive - he came prepared with printed sheets of information for each place we viewed, and had ensured that he wasn't wasting our time by only showing us properties that matched our criteria. We also appreciated his authenticity, there was nothing "salesy" about his approach. He's very knowledgeable about all aspects of the property market and gave us some great advice. Would recommend Ralph highly!

GoogleBought a house through RALPH DENN. He is amazing. My partner and I were first time buyers and to be frank absolutely clueless. At no point did Ralph belittle us, always extremely kind and informative and helped us at every step of the way and kept giving neutral advice when we needed it. I know to an extent he as a vested interest in the process but it never felt like that and we went from bid being accepted to complete in a matter of 8 weeks. It’s fair to say I wasn’t the biggest fan of our solicitors but because of Ralph staying on top of them and constantly being the go between us and the vendor, it was his qualities that allowed my partner and I to start our housing journey so quickly. I will recommend him to anyone and everyone!
