We had spent a month looking for a new place to live before we reached out to Jacksons in Balham. Our contact Jordan M, was easily one of the most natural, likeable and welcoming agents we'd spoken to and we instantly felt at ease talking to him. One of my favourite things about working with him, was that he thought on his feet and although we arrived to see one property that had just become unavailable, he was able to show us another (arguably) even better property as a contingency. The client servicing throughout has been excellent and Jordan has been easily contactable since we agreed to take the above property, which shows a true care for customer welfare and experience past making the sale.

I had a great experience with Claudia in the lettings team as we searched for our new flat. We had quite specific requirements so we knew it would take a little longer to find. Claudia didn't waste our time with properties she knew we wouldn't want, like many estate agents do. Claudia called us as soon as our perfect home was available, we viewed that day and Claudia was patient and let us look around for a while to make sure we were certain, we put an offer down and are now working on the paper work! It was hassle free, really simple and a great experience - which finding somewhere to live rarely is! Thanks so much and I would strongly recommend Claudia as a lettings agent, especially if you know what you want and are prepared to wait for it!

Finding a property during a global pandemic has been no easy task... when you combine it with the peak summer market it was made it even harder. In a market where anything which was ‘well presented’ and within budget that went on Rightmove disappeared within hours we knew we had to contact agencies directly. We contacted Jordan directly at Jackson’s as we were very interested in the Balham area. Jordan was very personable and focused on ensuring he found the perfect property for us (we had a limited budget..), during the visits Jordan was very knowledgeable about the area and provided lots of details on all properties viewed (including car permit pricing and other details we weren’t necessarily expecting him to know!). Throughout the offer + negotiation process Jordan was a great partner in articulating to the prospective landlord that we were the right tenants for the property.. whilst also negotiating a good deal that both we and the landlord were happy with. It’s been a long hunt and we have dealt with too many agents to count... Jordan has stood out and we are very lucky to have contacted him when we did! Cheers!

Massive thank you to Aaron at Jacksons who helped us to find our perfect flat that matched all of our criteria before it even went online for people to view. He was not only super helpful, friendly and polite but he was proactive in letting us view the property as soon as possible. He made us aware of all the steps we needed to take to put us at the front of the landlords attention to ensure we secured the flat we wanted (even when we had an inconveniently timed holiday out of the country!) without his forward thinking we certainly wouldn't have been able to secure the property we wanted.
