Mica is an absolute gem! The girls and I ran into a few issues when trying to secure our new home and Mica was on hand every step of the way. She gave us advice on the best way forward given our situation and helped us in any way that she could. She made herself available for viewings at very short notice and was in close contact with us throughout the whole process. Since living in the property I have had a few property managers, Kerry Dunmall over took our account quite a few months back now and since inheriting the account Kerry has been a pleasure to deal with. She has always given us all the information required and kept in constant communication with us. Since Kerry Dunmall has taken over our property she has done a great job. She has been responsive, and clear in her instructions/ requests when dealing with the flood. Kerry is prompt in ensuring things were dealt with quickly before the weekend which was so important. Her communications around the requests of the landlord have so far been good - I know nothing gets fixed immediately (if not a flood risk!) so we do appreciate the effort made with the landlords now. I think her focus is making a big difference though so we are confident it will improve with her help. Kerry gave us adequate notice about the inspection and the info/ instructions were clear.

We've had a few different property managers with Jackson's however, Kerry has been the best property manager we've ever had tbf. She would keep us informed as to any developments or issues and was quite effective in dealing with problems that were outstanding for months that required the landlord. She'd keep us in the loop throughout the process of solving those issues (unlike many of the previous) I would have no hesitation in recommending Kerry in the future, and when i'm looking for a property manager for my property soon enough, Jackson's and specifically Kerry will be top of my list to contact.

Mixed experience but overall ended up very positive. When moving in the property there were numerous issues and problems which hadn't been picked up by the 'visual inspection', obviously this was very much complained about! HOWEVER after this nightmare we arrived at Jacksons early the following day and both the director and Ann (property manager) couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful. Ann made herself super easy to contact and helped organise the flat making sure the essentials were dealt with immediately and still now helping to fix the remaining superficial issues. She has helped make the experience overall positive and the flat feel like a home - especially with finding temporary and fixed furnishings on such short notice! She seemed genuinely apologetic and has been a real asset to Jacksons during this time. I would use this estate agents again.

I've been using Jacksons for a few years now to rent out my flat in Balham. My current tenants are about to move out. Martina was great in organising remarketing really quickly and was totally on top of everything from the first phone call. Aaron has been fantastic in getting viewings arranged for reletting. He is very personable, friendly and has been very responsive to all of my questions. The whole process has been really smooth and pretty much all wrapped up in just over a week! Highly recommend Jacksons for letting your property.

Samantha Pankhurst has been the property manager I've been dealing at Jacksons since the end of 2016. In the time I've know her she has shown herself to be very professional efficient and diligent - taking a personal interest in issues that arise and 'owning' the problem until it is resolved. It is rare these days to find someone willing to 'go the extra mile' and show the type of dedication that she does. It is my (selfish) hope that she stays around for some time to come. However, the really good ones like her seldom do. Well done to her .... and to the whole Jacksons team!

After setting aside a day to do house viewings and being let down by another local estate agent, I walked into Jacksons off the street to find a very friendly and welcoming environment. Within 5 minutes of explaining my situation, Jay Aoun and I were viewing two properties that suited my needs. Very well listened and a very enjoyable experience. Our contact at Jacksons was Tom and we had a very positive experience. We originally put our property on the market with another estate agent but after slow progress we decide to use Jacksons. When viewing the flat they said they could sell it in 3 weeks...it sold in 2 weeks so we were pleasantly surprised. Communication with Tom was very easy and quick both over the phone and email.
