Want to have fun while viewing? Dani is the funnest agent you'll go around with. I'd go back to Jacksons if need be. I'd say that in general in London there is a tendency for too high rental for not always the matching quality, but that is not the agents fault. What I appreciate about Dani is that she went with one offer we made regardless of the initial price, and she took her time with us.

We've had to get quite a bit of work sorted out on the flat that we have let through Jacksons for many years and Samantha has dealt with all of the queries (which aren't always straightforward) really efficiently.
