I've witnessed a significant decline in the quality of service provided by Jackson's since their takeover by Dextons. They’ve become totally unprofessional, prioritizing their commission over genuine customer care. Emails often go unanswered for days, and the high turnover of staff results in constant errors, like tenant emails mistakenly sent to landlords.The tenant referencing process is extremely superficial; they don't even bother to ask for references from previous landlords. This lack of diligence puts your property at risk of being rented to rogue tenants. If you value your property and peace of mind, I strongly advise against using their services. I'm already searching for another agency to entrust my business to.

Never in my life as a many time tenant and now property owner myself have I ever come across such incompetence in the rental management field. It took me 6 weeks of calling the agency every other day to get any kind of contact, and I ended up having to drop into the offices in order to get any kind of response and action. When I did finally get in touch with Bo he was rude, condescending, agressive towards us over the phone. The only reason our situation was resolved was because we found a mistake in the original rental contract that Jackson’s had prepared and suddenly they became eager to do what we were requesting and cover themselves. Rude people, horrible service, could not recommend less.
