But as a new tenant and having the little things ironed out and fixed as soon as humanly possible, Lesley Coppack has been absolutely outstanding. We are not sure if this is a function of not being in inner city London or what, but I don't want that to detract from Lesley's speed of service and all around competence to do a stellar job. GoogleI would highly recommend Jackson Stops. Elliot Burn was extremely helpful in sourcing our property. Indeed we took the first one that he showed us, despite viewing many others with different agents in the weeks prior to that.
Elliot was great to deal with. He kept us completely informed of what was happening once we put an offer in, and whenever he said he'd call, he did, even if it was just to inform us of any delays.
The move-in with one of Elliot's colleagues went without any problems whatsoever.
And Elliot's help didn't even stop there. A couple of weeks after moving in, I managed to lock myself out and after calling to find out if Jackson Stops by any chance had a spare key, Elliot was down to meet me to let me in less than 15 mins later!!
Many thanks to all and I would certainly recommend the team to anyone.
