I found Rebecca to be responsive, personable, not overly pushy and also very polite and pleasant when I had to deliver the news about not going ahead with the property purchase - something which won't have been good news to receive. I hope to work with her again soon when the timing is better.

Asked to view a property on Bures Road and was told I had to provide proof of funds before even being allowed a viewing. I understand proof of funds is needed at offer stage but demanding it just to view a house is unnecessary and comes across as rude and intrusive; the tone felt more like an interrogation. And for clarity, questioning an asking price is not the same as being unable to afford a property. In a previous transaction, we declined to overpay for a house we did not believe was worth its asking price, and it later sold for significantly less. That is a valuation judgement (a mistake by the same agent), not a funding issue.

Had a really great experience with how Harry P. was able to handle our home search. He was on time on the day of the viewing and asked the right questions. He was able to help us communicate well with the landlord the things we needed to accommodate our move. He gave us a practical timeline and helped us understand documents before signing them. I was very pleased by how professional he was all throughout the transaction. Decent Letting Agent.

Everything went well and communication was good. They were also helpful when we wanted a second viewing. The downside was our landlord was hounded during the referencing process, even when we were promised they would not be contacted if we allowed the open banking. This resulted in our landlord discovering we’re leaving before we had a chance to tell them. Aside from that, it was a pleasant experience. We dealt with Eloisa in the Weybridge office and Loren for any letting problems - both are engaging and are fast to respond.

I recently had a challenging experience with Jackson Stops Agency regarding necessary repairs to my flat that required me to vacate temporarily. Initially, my attempt to address the issue was frustrating. When I called the agency, I was met with an unhelpful and hurried response from a staff member who informed me that the rental team was in a meeting. Don't Hesitate To Use Jackson-Stops

From us finding a house we liked to making an offer, the agent - Samantha, was always approachable and helpful. Samantha monitored the selling process diligently giving us constant updates when there were delays and negotiating with parties when there were was a hold up. Unexpectedly, the first sale was withdrawn after a protracted period and Samantha delivered the unwelcome news sensitively and then went out of her way to find suitable alternatives. Samantha was very caring and diplomatic when dealing with some of the questions I posed and when considering a suitable alternative. All the staff that answered the phone in the Newmarket Office were extremely approachable. Our experience spanned seven months.

Isaac was absolutely amazing - we had the absolute best experience with Jackson-Stops. As students and recent graduates we were finding it so difficult navigating the rental market for the first time. After having such bad experiences with so many other horrible & pushy estate agents, we nearly lost all hope - but Isaac literally came to the rescue and helped us find the loveliest new home! From the very first viewing he had such a great attention to detail with the properties and was so welcoming, all the places we saw were super high quality. We had never done this before so had lots of questions and were really worried but Isaac took so much time and care explaining everything, being fully transparent and making sure we felt safe and secure with our decisions and contract, and never feeling pressured. He was super proactive and always went above and beyond to help us through every stage. Jackson-Stops are doing something different than the rest of the estate agents. The process from the get go was so organised. We were treated with such kindness and professionalism, and like actual human beings trying to find a home, not just a number on the system. I would wholeheartedly recommend this estate agent to everyone. They are absolutely amazing and thank you SO much to Isaac!
