Had a really great experience with how Harry P. was able to handle our home search. He was on time on the day of the viewing and asked the right questions. He was able to help us communicate well with the landlord the things we needed to accommodate our move. He gave us a practical timeline and helped us understand documents before signing them. I was very pleased by how professional he was all throughout the transaction. Patronising and dishonest

I initially approached this company after viewing a property they were marketing and considering making an offer. However, I was told they wouldn’t take on my own property as it was “outside their remit.” This didn’t appear accurate, as I’ve since seen them advertise several similar properties in my local area, both in size and value. When I challenged this, they reluctantly agreed to proceed. Unfortunately, their overall manner came across as rude, patronising, and unprofessional, which did not inspire confidence. As a result, I decided to instruct another estate agent.

Decent Letting Agent.

Everything went well and communication was good. They were also helpful when we wanted a second viewing. The downside was our landlord was hounded during the referencing process, even when we were promised they would not be contacted if we allowed the open banking. This resulted in our landlord discovering we’re leaving before we had a chance to tell them. Aside from that, it was a pleasant experience. We dealt with Eloisa in the Weybridge office and Loren for any letting problems - both are engaging and are fast to respond.

I recently had a challenging experience with Jackson Stops Agency regarding necessary repairs to my flat that required me to vacate temporarily. Initially, my attempt to address the issue was frustrating. When I called the agency, I was met with an unhelpful and hurried response from a staff member who informed me that the rental team was in a meeting. She didn't allow me to explain my situation and instead provided me with the email address of someone who was on annual leave, which added to my anxiety and frustration.However, my experience took a turn for the better when I spoke with Jess Lynagh.
