I could not have managed to purchase my home in Newmarket if it wasn't for Lottie at the Newmarket high street location. She did more than what was asked of her and she was very responsive on her emails. With the help of my cousins and Lottie I purchased the property site unseen. Something I have never done. When I arrived I met up with Lottie in person and met the team at Jackson-Stops and they are a great bunch of people. Sam was lovely and came out to the site to show me around. Karl at the Lancashire branch was fantastic . Karl went above and beyond to ensure the whole process went as smoothly as it could have.
