I’ve lived in Newmarket for 4 years and the Jackson Stops Staff has been nothing short of amazing! Being Active Military you hear of the horror stories with letting agents and I have had zero issues. I deployed 3 times while here and each time Paula & Jodie stopped by my apartment, checked on it, adjusted the thermostat if needed & they checked on me as well. They really treat you like family. Even during my move out inspection I hired a bad cleaning company and they reported the company to base housing to help other service members not use them as well. They truly care & go above and beyond if I could have stayed 4 more years I would have stayed in my apartment! I’ll miss Peel House & The Jackson’s Stops Team in Newmarket. If your Active Duty & you want a smooth transition in and out I highly recommend this company! I’ve lived overseas for 10 years & i’ve never had a better experience than HERE!

GoogleI was in the process of moving to London and was unsure as to what I wanted to do, what I could afford and where I wanted to live. However following several viewings with Scarlet who found some fantastic properties for me on her own account, the move was made so much easier. She was kind, punctual, respectful and just extremely helpful in making the whole process easier. Toby, Guy and Alice deserve every success. Selling houses is not easy but they really maintained positivity and creativity throughout the whole process. Unfortunately we gave them a real curveball with a tricky neighbour but they dealt with the issue and smoothed out the process to successful completion. I don't think anyone else would have been able to achieve this. They are a pleasure deal with and will go that extra mile to make things happen. Their advice was spot on from beginning to end and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

From my initial contact with Jackson Stops office in Sevenoaks I have been totally impressed at the sheer professionalism of every member of staff I have dealt with. Having never let out a property before I was a complete novice and no question from me was ever ignored no matter how trivial it was. Communication from day one was excellent and continues to be so. They clearly know the local market as my property was let within a few days of being advertised. I'm also benefitting from their full management service which takes a great weight off my mind. Although my thanks go mainly to Isabelle and Helen as they are dealing with me, the rest of the team when I have had dealings with them have been similarly impressive.

GoogleI used Jackson Stops to find a property to rent in Wimbledon. I was very satisfied with them, especially with Laura Hammond. I was worried that agents could be pushy in order to rent out, but the contrary was the case! Laura followed up without pressuring, did not seemed stressed or annoyed that I was viewing other properties, with other agents- and she was very flexible, offered a second viewing, super service minded. She was on time to every appointment, which is very important to me. Also, she was very swift and helpful with all the formalities, and she answered all of my endless questions. When she was away for a short holiday, she had arranged that a colleague to follow up the paper work. The equally nice colleague called a few times, just to make sure if I had any questions and to keep me in the loop. It seems like the office in Wimbledon works really well and I could recommend it.

GoogleI rented a house through JS in Wimbledon - it was a pleasure to work with them from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble. If you have a house to rent ask for Harry he was responsive, willing to assist, got things done quickly and yet was very , very thorough.

Shocking service by this estate agent, doesn’t promote your property at all, leaves it sitting on the website for months with no contact from them whatsoever!!There’s plenty of estate agents out there who will advertise and promote your property in order to seal a sale.Don’t waste your time with these people.

Very professional, friendly, helpful and made himself available even at the awkward times we needed which we really appreciated! I have recently purchased a property which was being marketed by Jackson-Stops. The agent I dealt with was very friendly, he arranged viewings quickly and was very attentive during the whole process- helping me with any queries I had along the way. Upon completion, he delivered the house keys to me so I could continue packing and also gave me a bottle of champagne as a congratulations gift. Excellent service as a purchaser- I would highly recommend to anyone looking to sell their house.

Having dealings with three of the Jackson Stopps,regional offices Burford /Norfolk/and most recently Chelmsford. I can honestly say,every member of the staff in all branches have been more than helpful,and pleasant. Estate agents having,what is usually a well deserved reputation,we have not once come upon any of that condescending attitude,which has become expected,of the breed ! In fact our most recent experience , with James at the Chelmsford branch ,we feel he has become like a family friend to us,which of course makes the whole experience (moving home being one of life ‘s most stressful times),so much more pleasant. All told,we would definitely recommend the company to friends and family.GPS
