From our first meeting with him at a different property, George Hill built immediate rapport with us which led to our accepting his recommendation on a property we wouldn’t of initially considered; which we ultimately bought! Thereafter George has consistently gone way above what I would expect from an estate agent to truly orchestrate the whole sale. George has worked with me on a weekly basis to chase solicitors and buyers up and down the whole chain to bring our purchase to close. His advice has been proactive and comprehensive and made a palpable difference to the whole chain. In our eyes he is worth at least another percent on your fee. We hope to keep in-touch with George and will recommend George and your company to all our friends. Outstanding!

Robert Dawson was a great help in selling our house in Pimlico, London. He was able to manoeuvre sensitively around myself and my elderly husband and managed to sell the house at over the asking price. GoogleAfter a long search, I finally found a nice flat that was available for viewing in Wimbledon and started a conversation with the person, Arnold (Arnie), from Jackson-Stops; it was very smooth journey till we move to the new flat and even it continues good after we moved to the flat too; Jackson-Stops(JS) team were very fast in progressing my application, in fact I was bit sceptical in between, but the way they supported and helped me taking a right decision was wonderful; I have taken a right decision with the help of JS team to move this wonderful flat which I cherish for every moment. Any queries I raise will get immediate response from a team. I will recommend Jackson-Stops for my friends and families, also whoever reads this! GoogleThe Wimbledon branch has a cohesive team that have worked together for some time and this shines through in their enthusiasm and professionalism; they are a breath of fresh air. I liked Joe's proactive approach and he brought his team along to look at the house and they were all very keen to get on with the marketing. They didn't waste any time and Sienna conducted the viewings and within a short time found me the ideal tenant. Just before the tenants moved in there was an issue with the shower cubicle, which property manager, Margaret, sorted out promptly and efficiently. A great team.

GoogleWe went with Jackson Stops after seeing a property we liked on their website. We viewed a couple of properties and then had a chat with Sienna about exactly what we were looking for. About a week later, Sienna contacted us with the perfect property and said she thought it would really suit us (which it did!). A lot of rental agents feel like they're trying to squeeze you into a property no matter what. Sienna gave us tailored advice and help with understanding contracts and the renting process, not only that but she's always on hand if we need help with something. One of the best renting experiences I've had and I would definitely recommend it.

GoogleI have used the Wimbledon Jackson Stops Lettings and Property Management teams for many years and they recently both did another excellent job for me. Sienna arranged the re letting of my rental property - she quickly found a new tenant and then made the paper work happen quickly and smoothly. She was a pleasure to deal with. Margaret has managed the property for many years and she over-sore the tenant changeover. She is a first class property manager - professional, responsive, very experienced and excellent at dealing with the tenants and sorting out tradesmen to maintain the property. I have complete confidence in Sienna and Margaret and their colleagues and would highly recommend their services.

We cannot speak too highly of the help, support and encouragement we received from James Carroll and his wife Ria at Jackson-Stops, Barnstaple. They fully understood the significance to us of the move we were making, and never made light of it. And they gave us assistance and advice with our purchase (which was not through Jackson-Stops) as well as our sale. They were so completely professional in their work for us, but also friendly and supportive, pushing and battling for us, or asking a pointed question, or making a diplomatic phone call, at just the right moments. And when the going got tough, there was no-one else I would have wanted watching our back.
