GoogleI edited my review from 2 years ago below to add that this year I worked with Laura Aldridge at JSS Wimbledon who I highly recommend. Laura listens to you and understands your requirements. She offers only those properties that meet your requirements and does not waste your time. She is also very friendly and makes you smile whenever you meet her. __________________ It was a pleasure dealing with JSS for 7.5 years and with Antoinette for the past few years. Antoinette was always professional and patient with my enquiries and promptly responded to them. I appreciated how impartial Antoinette remained when we had to deal with the deposit issue with the former landlords.

Alice Creighton from Jackson - Stops visited my property last month, she was on time , polite and professional . Alice accompanied me around the property and listened to the problems I had . I felt very supported as she took photos and listened. After Alice’s visit I was quickly contacted by the relevant professionals to complete the works, I was really impressed at how quickly this was arranged . I had to contact Alice a few times with a couple of queries over the past few weeks and her reply has always been quick and informative, and minor problems solved instantly .I’m very impressed with the service that Alice provided , and feel secure that any future issues dealt with just as efficiently.

GoogleWould recommend this team to anyone. With the help of Sienna we were able to make the whole process of finding a new home easy and simple. Straight from the start her team were always pleasant on the phone and were great following up with us. With many agents you register and they put you on a pile but with Jackson-Stops they were very attentive and really helped find the perfect place for us. Sienna was an absolute star!
