Been recently been purchasing a property with Jackson Stops.Got to point of exchange but had a few issues came up from searches which hadn't been told before tried to get Stephen Cheshire to contact myself but no response only to come to a Friday to be asked are you going to exchange at time had concerns which needed answers.There response was just to put back on market and no response to my email.Even last Friday contacted Stephen and asked if property still available was told yes and sent long email.Noticed today been sold again.Basically been treated very poorly and basically rude.I'm sorry my mother was taken ill on the Friday you asked for exchange but I did email to no response back same as for last Monday.Very unprofessional not even being told vendor was selling elsewhere.

Really happy with our Jackson-Stops experience. We had spent weeks viewing very disappointing properties in Wimbledon with many other estate agents...if only we had contacted Jackson-Stops from the beginning! Phoebe showed us a beautiful property that wasn't even on the market yet and helped us negotiate an amazing deal. Just the most perfect letting agents ever!!!

I have recently rented a flat through Jackson-Stops, with Harry taking care of my lease. I have never had such a smooth and quick process when looking for a home. I went from viewing to offer and lease signed all in less than a week (and over a bank holiday weekend at that). The team have been clear, responsive and supportive through the whole process. I travelled over an hour and a half on Saturday from East London to Wimbledon to view a property, and our estate agent (Harry Payne) was a no show. We waited outside for half hour, and we also buzzed the flat number 3 times. Nothing. Not even a courtesy text or call (as Harry has our contact details) to say he couldn't make it. We wouldn't have minded too much if the flat was unavailable, or he was running late, if he actually let us know what was going on, but instead he just didn't get in touch and it was a complete waste of our time. Cheers Harry. Pretty rough experience, and we won't be in contact for similar properties in the area. 👎

From the point of view of a current tenant ending a lease: I’ve found Jackson-Stops to be incredibly disorganised with multiple miscommunications within their team. It seems like it would be a simple thing to organise viewings, photos and electrical surveys. For some reason - in the hands of this company - routine appointments turn into a complicated process with multiple emails from different team members who don’t seem to talk to each other, going back and forth. It is an exhausting experience with an unnecessarily high level of inconvenience and hassle. Surely there is a better service out there. I have recommended my friends and family avoid this particular agency and would advise others to do the same.

Booked a viewing of a property in Knutsford via the Alderley Edge branch.We arrived at our viewing only to find out our viewing had not been booked in the system and we couldn't view the property! The branch manager called me to apologise and she was dumbfounded at what had happened. Clearly the staff member had agreed our viewing but had forgot to book us in, was made to think I was the problem. Terrible service, avoid if possible.

Jackson Stops did an excellent job in letting my substantial house by securing a three-year lease with the rent paid annually in advance. At the end of the lease there were issues over the condition of certain items in the house. Jackson Stops, and particularly Amelia Redington, "fought my corner" to ensure I was compensated by the tenant as fully as possible. Amelia's tenacity in pursuing and resolving the issue was key to a satisfactory outcome. I can recommend Jackson Stops - and Amelia - without qualification.
