GoogleFrom the point of view of a current tenant ending a lease:
I’ve found Jackson-Stops to be incredibly disorganised with multiple miscommunications within their team. It seems like it would be a simple thing to organise viewings, photos and electrical surveys. For some reason - in the hands of this company - routine appointments turn into a complicated process with multiple emails from different team members who don’t seem to talk to each other, going back and forth. It is an exhausting experience with an unnecessarily high level of inconvenience and hassle. Surely there is a better service out there.
I have recommended my friends and family avoid this particular agency and would advise others to do the same.
