Be careful when engaging WA14 office. Seriously let down by the dog eat dog way of operating so went with competitors who are strait talkers and provide fair advice.

They help the landlord steal your money because they have obviously more interest from the landlord side.They break into the property without notifing the Tenant just because they think 'the tenant doesn't need to know'. Unless you have a very good solicitor and have lots of time.
