So many agents seem to have little inclination to truly understand what you are looking for and often waste their clients time by showing them unsuitable properties.

Staff were always cheerful and helpful within the Agent. Although probably down to health circumstances, it was a shame we only had contact with the Director dealing with us once. The photographers they chose did not really provide good quality output and weren't particularly sympathetic to the Covid 'guidelines'. So, I would suggest they review their partners that they outsource such aspects to. Fees are on the high side.
