I invited a few agents to appraise my property and Ashley really stood out for me with his attention to detail, knowledge of the business and genuine, friendly approach. Dominika and Agatha were also great to work with. They're efficient, friendly and knowledgeable.

GoogleOur first interaction with the service department was not really good to be honest. An issue with our bedroom radiator needed the intervention of a third party, and the property manager in charge of handling this was not really inspired to say the least... While the winter had settled in London, there had been no progress whatsoever since the day we had reported the issue 4 months before.
It all got better once John got involved. His diligence and persistence allowed us to get this radiator fixed in 2 weeks’ time.
Ever since then, we are pretty pleased with our experience with the Agency, our new property agent Amy has been very helpful so that we can now finally enjoy that customer first service advertised in the brochure. Thanks John!, A finally warm couple

We trusted their advice to price the property competitively to generate interest - interest which overwhelmed us and resulted in many offers over asking from which we took the best - and all agreed within 2 weeks of the property going on the market. With a one year old and in a one bed flat, this was exceptional considering how some overly priced properties languish and are then perceived as "damaged goods". Thanks Martin for a sound strategy and a special thank you to Phil Coombes, the Hammersmith Terrier, who rather than take his foot off the gas when a sale is agreed, instead goes into overdrive juggling buyers/solicitors/vendors to make sure the sale is completed smoothly and speedily.

GoogleI would like to highly recommend working with Horton & Garton. We first met Louise over two years ago when we were house hunting. She was really easy to talk to and we immediately had a lovely rapport. It can be a bit weird wandering around someone else’s house but she makes it all feel very comfortable! We eventually did find our home and we still see Louise in the area showing others around. We always get a wave! In fact, she has become a great support in advising us on our rental property. Importantly, she brings other experts in to help and we have also had some great rental advice from her colleague, Aggie. It can sometimes feel overwhelming but they are great at summarising everything on email for you to refer to afterwards. They have certainly helped find a landlord rental outcome that works really well for us and they did it whilst also having friendly chat and a few laughs. Who better to show you around other people’s houses?!
