DO NOT USE THESE ESTATE AGENTS!!!!

Worst service I've ever encountered, I rent and my moving day was a complete shambles! Mess everywhere, doors unhinged, broken glass on floor, they had also guesstimated all my meter readings and now I've been stuck with a huge bill from the previous tenants, even though I had given them my meter readings upon moving in. We paid in excess of Â£4k to move in and this agency did nothing apart from take our money and then ditch us. Terrible customer service and made the moving day hell.
