They were realistic in their advice about price, produced excellent sales literature and kept us fully advised throughout. Georgina in the Hammersmith office worked hard to bring the transaction to completion, which was achieved in 3 months from the sale start date. Would highly recommend.

Tadas was with me every step of the way, and worked with the very kind seller to get us through to exchange. Credit to all involved in the process - it was made to feel like a much more intimate process than the bigger agencies and I will definitely use them if I should need an estate agent in future. GoogleI have had the enormous pleasure of buying and selling property through Horton and Garton for the best part of 30 years. They've never let me down, have always been honest, professional and courteous and charming to deal with. In short they're a really good bunch and just lately Hugh Wright has done a superb job selling my flat in this very difficult market. I wouldn't use anyone else.

GoogleWe have had a fantastic experience with Horton and Garton and can highly recommend them. From start to finish it was clear that they were the best agent in the area. Our property was valued and on the market very quickly and was very soon under offer. The contact and communication was top class and we were always kept well informed along the way. Although the first sale didn’t go the distance (for reasons outside anyone’s control) we were back on the market and under offer again within days. The process ran very smoothly throughout, with Tadas helping to keep the process moving whilst maintaining the same levels of communication. One of the most impressive things overall about Tadas’s role in our sale is the way he went above and beyond when circumstances led to our completion date happening, while we were on holiday. He helped us immensely by committing to supervising the packing and removal of our belongings from the property with the removal company. It is this sort of personal touch that has really impressed us. Thanks to Tadas again, and the whole Horton and Garton team for helping us secure our dream move.

GoogleWe bought a property where Horton and Garton were the agents years ago and John so impressed us that when the time came and we had to sell the property, we chose them as our agents to market the property and we did not regret that decision. John and Phil were efficient, enthusiastic, honest and upfront about the whole process. We were initially concerned that being overseas sellers it would be a difficult process but John and Phil were not deterred and made the process very smooth despite us being in different time zones. Even with the difficulty of unexpected complications that arose, they supported us all the way and helped push the sale through in the end. Thank you!

This quickly turned out to be a great decision as only a few weeks after we signed on with them they got us an offer, and we exchanged shortly after that!
