GoogleEdit: No, John, I was going to leave it at one star and spare you the embarrassment of going into detail because I don't have the time or emotional energy to chronicle the long laundry list of my horrible experiences with your lack of leadership over your employees. I won't be contacting you directly because I did countless times previously and you ignored me every single time.
To everyone else: Avoid this horribly mismanaged company. I usually want to support small, local businesses, but my interactions with multiple members of Horton and Garton's untrained staff were a nightmare. I went to John multiple times for help and he did absolutely nothing. Go instead with a larger, more established and professional company.
